JAK Constructions delivered Early Contractor Involvement services on Bank and Mollison, a 20-storey high-end residential tower comprising 111 premium apartments, with a mix of one, two, and predominantly three-bedroom residences, plus a penthouse, above a four-level basement carpark with an overall Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 30 000m2.
JAK delivered a full suite of ECI services through design development, working with the full consultant team from concept through to trade testing for construction feasibility along with preliminaries development. In parallel, JAK managed onsite early works infrastructure and enabling trades.
The development features beautifully appointed communal amenities, including resort-style pools, a fully equipped gym, and an expansive rooftop park and green space.
